LitReads Refund & Billing Policy

Subscription Payments

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting [hello@litreadsco.com].

Refunds

  • Digital book lists and recommendations are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not refund past payments.

  • If you experience billing errors, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Book Upgrade (Physical Product)

  • Refunds are not provided for shipped books.

  • If a book arrives damaged, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery by providing photos of the damage.

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
